Known Issues - March 1st

Below are lists of known issues and their current status.
This list primarily focuses on those with the most notable player impact and is not a comprehensive list of all known issues.

ISSUES WITH WORKAROUNDS

These issues are being targeted for future fixes, however in the meantime we have identified workarounds that can be used to bypass them while we investigate.

GEAR SLOT BECOMES AND/OR REMAINS LOCKED 

WORKAROUND: Head over to Penguin in the Hall of Justice and craft an item for the respective slot while in control of the affected Squad member(s). When prompted, equip the item and the slot will become available again.

TWITCH ITEMS ARE MISSING OR HAVE NOT BEEN ADDED TO AN ACCOUNT

WORKAROUND: It’s recommended to wait for 48 hours for these to appear, but if you still don’t have them after that we advise you to contact Customer Support at https://go.wbgames.com/DChelp

LOSING GAME PROGRESS

WORKAROUND: We have observed that this has been caused after players have unlinked their WB Games Account and relinked it to another.

Game progress is linked to your WB Games Account, so switching it will cause this. Progress can be reclaimed by logging into the original WB Games Account. Alternatively, if you continue using the same WB Games Account this issue should no longer happen.

We will continue to monitor for other instances of this happening. 

PLAYERS NO LONGER SEEING INCURSION MISSIONS AFTER COMPLETING KILLING TIME

WORKAROUND 1: Restart the game
WORKAROUND 2: Re-enter Killing Time and then exit back to Metropolis.

PLAYERS NO LONGER SEE ANY MISSIONS AFTER RETURNING FROM ELSEWORLDS IN CHAPTER 4

WORKAROUND: This should no longer happen after the February 27th update, but if you still encounter this issue, use Chapter Select to to go back to the “Just a Phase” mission and complete it again. 

SQUAD MEMBER IS INVISIBLE/MISSING / BLACK SCREEN WHEN LOADING INTO GAME

WORKAROUND: Change the affected character’s outfit to “Fugitive”, their traversal gear to “Task Force X” and remove any Weapon Dolls and Trinkets. 

CRASH LOGS NOT BEING DELETED AUTOMATICALLY AND TAKING UP LARGE AMOUNTS OF DISK SPACE ON PC

These will automatically delete follwing an upcoming fix, but in the meantime they can be safely deleted. 

WORKAROUND:

  • Press WINDOWS + R to open the Run command window
  • Type in or Copy/Paste the following path “%localappdata%\Suicide Squad – Kill the Justice League\Saved\Crashes”
  • Press Enter or Click “OK”
  • Delete all of the visible folders

PLAYERS HAVING NEGATIVE SQUAD POINTS AFTER RESTARTING THE GAME

WORKAROUND: This is just a visual issue. Simply reset your Squad Talent Points to fix. 

WAYPOINTS INCORRECTLY PLACED ON MAP ON PC

WORKAROUND: This is typically caused by playing the game on the secondary monitor. This should not occur when playing the game on your primary monitor.  

PLAYERS SEEING CORRUPTED LOADOUTS THAT  CAN RESULT IN A GAME CRASH

WORKAROUND: Delete the affected loadouts and recreate them. 

VOICE CHAT NOT WORKING WHEN MATCHMAKING IS SET TO “OPEN TO PUBLIC”

WORKAROUND: Load into a game session before others join the lobby. 

ISSUES UNDER INVESTIGATION

  • Infinite loading or crashing at the “Singing into WB Services” screen
  • Game performance
  • Multiplayer connectivity and performance issues
  • Legendary/Notorious Gear losing their Augments when Overhauling the item with Penguin
  • Raising Hell is stuck at the current Tier and shows as completed
  • Players experiencing load times of several minutes when joining a game session

RESOLVED ISSUES AWAITING RELEASE

  • Players blocked from increasing Finite Crisis Rank or Unlocking Mastery Levels after playing with a friend that has already progressed beyond Mastery Level 30

NOTE 1: This should no longer occur following the February 21st update, however this is not a retroactive fix which will be performed at a later date. 
NOTE 2: This can be avoided by playing through the introduction to End Game and completing the Mayhem Mission before playing with friends at higher Mastery Levels.

  • Twitch drops sometimes not being granted to players
  • Voice chat not working when matchmaking is set to “Open to Public” (Workaround above) 
  • Various Achievements not unlocking on certain platforms
  • Loading into a game session sends players back to the seizure warning screen (Partially fixed, more improvements coming)
  • Errors retrieving the EULA
